Session
The regular meetings held on twice every year for June 22, and November 22. the extra meetings will be held on the request from the chief of the municipal organization or over 1/3 of the present members. Total days of meetings will be within 120 days yearly.
The regular meeting
Convocation: On twice every year for June 22 and November 22. If that day is holiday, the next day will be the meeting day. (Local government act Article 38, The ordinance for Songpa-gu council regular meeting Article 4) Main activities On the first regular meeting, council approves for settlement of account, and deliberation and decision for other agendas by Local government act Article 134. On the second regular meeting, council does Administrative Audit and Inspection by Local government act Article 41, and decides of budget and deliberates and decides for other agendas by the act Article 127.
The extra meeting
Convocation: On the request from the head of the local government or over 1/3 of the present members. (By Local government act Article 39) Main activities Listen explanations about main issues from the administrative and debate about them. Deliberate other agendas.
